Sintec Keramik GmbH relocated to Schongau at mid- December 2007. Within almost 4 months an up-to-date office building and a well equipped production hall were built. Before the move Schongau was just a production facility, the administrative scopes were located in Halblech.

As raising groth and new areas of business require additional staff and space, centralization of the headquarters takes place at the new site. A total of 70 employees will now operate at the Schongau site (40 before). By end of February 2008 the ceramic machining division will move in the new production hall.

Target of the expansion of production is the worldwide supply of customers, except the asian market, which will be served through Feng Pu, China. Furthermore the production of shot blast nozzles will be relocated from Buching to Schongau during the next several months.

A further advantage is the recovery of waste heat from the production for heating the premises of administration and production. For research and development additional areas were provided, so this can be intensified.
